By the time my friends and I arrived in Madrid, we were ready to experience the true Spaniard nightlife. We spent our first night at some cave bar sipping on eggnog inspired drinks. They were delicious. The next night was Halloween and we decided to join in on a pub crawl, it ended up being super fun and I didn't arrive home until early morning. But, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to dress up this year! Besides the late nights in Madrid, we also had some lovely (sunny) days. First thing I noticed while exploring in Madrid.... it has an insanely large amount of street performers. It was rather odd. Besides this, Madrid was filled with lovely cafes, cool architecture and a few cool statues. Out of all the sites we ventured to, I fell in love with the botanical gardens. Everyone in the park was just hanging out and enjoying the awesome weather and literally I couldn't have been happier.
