Too Cool

Prague was just about everything I had hoped it would be, cute cobblestone streets, delicious cafes, and some of the most amazing buildings I have ever seen. We got in late Friday night, checked into our lovely little hostel and walked around for a bit before we hopped into bed to prepare for our packed-full Saturday. Olivia and I woke up quite early, grabbed a crepe and headed for the free walking tour. The tour ended up to be so awesome, I really didn't know much about Prague before I got there so it was really nice to learn about all the history and see the different sites throughout the city. Once the tour was done we headed to a different part of town to partake in the international food festival that was going on at the time. We stuffed our faces with some flavorful little pastries and continued to be entranced by all the buildings surrounding us. Not only was Prague a fun city to explore during the day, but it also had a pretty rowdy nightlife. We went to the well-known 5-story club (Karlovy Lazne) and had fun dancing to some old school Whitney Houston until about 5 AM. We enjoyed ourselves a lazy Sunday, slept in past noon, got some bagels for breakfast, scoped out one of the markets and then ended our trip with a cozy dinner. I definitely could have used a few more days in this rocking city, but on a side note I arrived back to London only to find a cute care package from my awesome parents, you guys rock!!
